Privacy
Short version: the numbers you type into YardPriceCheck stay in your browser. We don't collect them, sell them, or send them anywhere.
What we collect
- Nothing you type into our tools. The calculator and the quote checker run entirely in your browser. Your project details, ZIP code, contractor names, totals and checklist answers are never sent to us or anyone else.
- No accounts, no sign-up, no forms that submit data.
- No analytics, ads or tracking scripts. The site loads only its own files.
What stays on your device
To keep your work when you come back, the tools save your inputs in your browser's local storage on this device only:
ypc-calc-v2: the calculator's project details.ypc-checker-v3: the quote checker's project and quotes.
We can't see this data. To delete it, use Clear all in the quote checker, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information needed to deliver pages and protect against abuse, such as your IP address and browser type. We don't add anything to that, and we don't receive your tool inputs.
Ads and affiliate links
There are currently no ads and no affiliate or referral links on this site. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and label any ad or paid link clearly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
